This may very well decrease returns, but the question is whether it will increase sales? If I’m a little bit tubby, perhaps I won’t be as motivated to buy if I discover that an item won’t actually look that great on me (verse not knowing this, ordering, and then being too lazy to return it). I guess we won’t know until they roll this out….
