YES! I think in the back of my mind the DealsDirect story probably influenced this post in some way. You were the OG hustlers of ecomm in Australia. I remember the story about you starting out in the crappy office, and building and building. That's a very good way to do it, I think.

You should definitely do the online art gallery! I'm sure your Rolodex is ready. :)

I've always loved that about your business Yas! You just got straight into selling, no overthinking. So thrilling to see what you're doing with Circonomy!

So true Mike. There would have been no DealsDirect without grinding for quite a few years on eBay, getting to build a brand and distribution. There would have been no NORA.org.au without twenty years of ecommerce networking and experience. I am thinking of starting an online art gallery, in the secondary market. But won’t do it till my ‘ Rolodex’ is a little plumper.

100% agree with this. I remember in 2018, when my new company was accepted into a funded accelerator program, that there was no platform, no technology, no business plan (other than inside my head), but we had distribution, customers, sales and supply......all the important things that propelled momentum whilst buying time to figure out the other stuff. Today I'm grateful for not compromising 'distribution' for 'data'. We have the data there now, but it took a LOT of customers, socials, storytelling and endless events to the extreme, showing up everywhere online and on-ground in order to consistently and constantly increase the distribution.
